Draw a support line connecting two lower points. First on big green candle low on 26th JAN & second point is around 20th FEB green candle low. This ascending support line will touch your horizontal line. & you will see big ascending triangle. As a text book rule .... breakout on upside but it can come down to touch newly drawn support line and again turn upward. Try it.
