I always watch th 1 3 5 and 15m charts when I am chilled. It gives me the fastest data to pay attention to. Now, it's not always accurate, unless you watch for the areas of pivot and capitulation that you know are on the table, we are watching those now. Thank you for sharing this journey with uS!
