We can see Bitcoin -1.63% building a base here, with new higher lows. But with recent market manipulations, (down 12% in 16 hours) we cannot be sure in which direction the breakout is going to happen. Shorts are at the highest but are beginning to close down.. What do you think?

I think we must form a proper and clear bottom before we can ever hope put this bear market behind us. The sooner the better if we don't want to endure a prolonged 8 months - 1.5 year slow bleed. The way you've drawn your yellow bottom line looks a bit like wishful thinking to me. But thank you for posting your chart and I wish you the best of trading luck.
