CEI channel play

Trading within a downwards channel. This is a lotto, high risk play with potential 30% gain towards 618 fib & overhead channel resistance. Risk down to lower trend line. Watching for a possible head fake to grab liquidity and act as a spring. Company has had decent news lately, IWM/small caps seemed primed for a go. Good luck traders.
