@go8686, This is my first time to heard this, but let's try to guess what is intention. I personally think because several months earlier the World big major countries like USA, EU, Mainland China etc... would like to ban the development of the cryptocurrency, and this action caused the BTC dropped rapidly from $60000 to $30000, however the ETH chain technology many others investors think it very worthy for future development, so even how terrible drop of others crypto as we can see ETH have a very significant rebound than BTC. Therefore I think Elon Musk intent for another future investment of this chain as resist others countries gov ban intention.
