XAUUSD is looking bearish right now on it's 4 hour chart. My gold position in my trading account hit it's stop loss so I am out of gold there. I still have GDX in a retirement account.
I watch both chartwatchers and tntsunrise. I would follow tntsunrises thread tradingview.com/chart/XAUUSD/ptCWsPmL-GOLD-short-idea/. I would not open a new long position now, I would watch for a more bullish technical pattern. chart watchers says to buy the dips.
In the long term, I am in the debt crash (Stanley Druckenmiller) and demographic cliff (Harry Dent) camp. They both expect a market crash but disagree on gold. I favor gold will be higher,
I am following tntsunrise for technical trading. He also is now recommending going long on USDJPY now.(in contrast to my chart above which is a long term trend).
