@TradeBullBear, I've mentioned on my earlier post in last year: "Y2018-Y2019 the sunspots still low, El Nino may happen during the 2nd half of Y2018, but the winter will still be cold,especially in North of the earth due to the supermoon is in La Madeley's cold phase. Y2020-2021 extremely cold weather." which was from a meteorologist report. It is as opposed to el nino.
