They are not... Huge pile of free money is available for now and market will deflate like balloon when deleveraging starts.

@tradingpro, good point, margin is at ATH, Buffet indicator (last I checked) showed way over valued with respect to GDP. Also, % stock holdings of personal house hold assets was also at ATH. Our currency is also seriously out of round. Lot of factors playing into what "should" be a historical correction. We'll see.
Sure, let us know your thoughts on current valuation / market trend in short, medium and long term. When I see market touching new high ( after a tremendous run), need to be fully knowledgeable to it get caught in FOMO buying. Am looking for a pause/dip to buy.
Still have seen some stocks that seem to be good and down from their high like PLTR, MMAT, ABCL, EDIT, CRSP, CARA, IMMR ASXC....besides looking for dip to accumulate AMZN, TSLA, MSFT, RKLB.
Basically stocks am eyeing besides NSLT -in a big way if it ever touches $2.65
