HELLO traders
STMX is moving inside a disjoint channel(highlighted) and I see two possible scenarios (red , blue) . The blue scenario (bullish) is more possible in my opinion.
blue scenario: now price is at the intersection of three support (horizontal level , channels lower band and black dynamic line ) this place can be good to buy and we can expect the disjoint channel to be broken out and aiming for target 1 and then target 2. but in order to make a safer buy i prefer to wait for the break out.(buy at buy zone 2).
