@rocafela, I don’t know much about Kazakhstan but what I do know is that Kazakhstan is buying heaps of gold, but it’s got a headwind against the US dollar strengthening. I would love to go long KZT somehow, but that chart is telling me there will be another devaluation for the KZT in the near future. Not such bad thing though; will be great for exports. And Kazakhstan along with the east of Europe are going to do very once one the US eventually wreaks itself.
I trade charts, so I’m going short the KZT.

@Madbutcher, hey whatsup. Situation has changed. KZT will devalue slowly. The gold Kazakhstan has bought was bad short term investment

@rocafela, there seems to be a recurring pattern on the USDKZT. A pop, then a few years on flat trading. I put it to you that another massive pop is about to occur.
