It's not pumping because of the bullsh!t MoneroVag airdrop, it's because Ledger Nano said they will be supporting Monero before Q1 2018. Hardware wallet support is huge for Monero and Ledger Nano!
1) They fork in a way that is possibly damaging for privacy on both chains. They claim to be for privacy however their actions contradict this... All they want is your private keys and make money of their premine
2) They claim xmrv is 'better' because of the 'finite supply'. This is wrong, the tail-emission in monero is necessary and functional for the dynamic blocksize and thus scaling: monero.stackexchange.com/questions/23/what-is-the-purpose-of-the-tail-emission 3) They deflect and refuse to answer the above 2 questions... They yell 'FUD' and 'Troll' without any arguments...
4) they all chose to remain anonymous
They bring nothing new to the table and endanger your private keys and your privacy...
I totally agree. Monerov is either at best money grab or worst a coordinated attack on the network by anonymous scammers or a government agency. I suspect its a scam though.
Ref. Monero's infinite coin supply. In the year 3500 their will still be less XMR in circulation than XMV but the anonymous Monerov dev's don't care about that because they'll be long gone in a few months, afters off-loading their 10% premine on anyone stupid enough to trade such a scam-coin.

@Fevs01, This doesnt mean there won't be hype around it, people see a new coin and see hype in it. regardless it will drop down after the fork, of that I am certain

@TraderT33, give all the reasons you want, but the majority always buy in just for a fork. Look at ZCL, that saw amazing gains leading up and the a trumendous fall back down to earth. My 10% short has gone off, thats all i saw in this coin :)

@CapFive, ya you do what you want, I don't partake in obvious scams... doesn't hurt to have some morals sometimes and if you're good at recognizing fundamental value when it appears you don't need to wast time picking up pennies...
