Green above 0 means trend is up.
Red above 0 means trend is down.
Red below 0 (while green is above) means a retrace (a bullish flag)
Green below 0 (while red is above) means a retrace (bearish flag)
A bullish flag on a big indicator is a downtrend on the smaller indicator, such downtrend with retraces etc., that also are trends on smaller indicators etc.
