ICT SMC Liquidity Grabs and OTE ZonesICT SMC Liquidity Grabs and OTE Zones
This indicator combines three core ICT Smart Money Concepts into one clean confluence tool: liquidity sweeps (grabs), Order Blocks formed on strong reversal candles, and Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) Fibonacci zones at 61.8% and 78.6%.
How it works:
- Detects liquidity grabs by checking if price sweeps the highest high or lowest low over a user-defined lookback and closes back inside.
- After a grab, it marks the Order Block only on strong candles (body > 30% of range).
- Dynamic Fibonacci levels are drawn from the most recent confirmed pivot swing high/low.
- Buy/sell entries trigger only when a liquidity grab + strong candle + price inside the OTE zone align.
- Optional stop-loss lines and exact SL levels are shown on signals for immediate risk visibility.
- Take-profit targets: TP1 at previous swing extreme, TP2 at 1.5x risk (adjustable).
Key customizations (all exposed in inputs):
- Liquidity lookback period
- Pivot strength (left/right bars) — tune for different timeframes
- Order Block box length
- TP2 multiplier and SL distance multiplier
- Full color control for every element
- Toggle visibility of grabs, blocks, Fib lines, entries, and SL
Best used on NQ and ES futures, 5-minute and 15-minute charts during NY session. Works best in ranging or mildly trending markets where liquidity sweeps are respected.
How to use:
1. Wait for LG-L + bullish candle inside buy OTE zone → long
2. SL below the OTE zone (shown automatically)
3. TP1 = previous swing high, TP2 = 1.5R
4. Reverse for shorts on LG-H
Important warnings:
- Pivot-based Fib levels only confirm after the right-side bars complete (standard repainting until confirmation — normal for all pivot indicators).
- In strong trending markets, grabs can fail more often. Reduce position size or add your own higher-timeframe filter.
- This is a confluence tool, not a standalone strategy. Always apply proper risk management (risk 0.5-1% per trade max).
- No backtest claims are made. Past performance on any chart does not guarantee future results.
All inputs are grouped logically. Default settings are optimized for NQ 5m. Test on your preferred symbol and timeframe before live use.
Open source. No invite-only or paid versions.
This is a confluence tool, not a magic arrow. You only take trades when all three things line up:
Liquidity Grab (orange LG label)
Order Block (colored box)
Price inside OTE Fib zone + strong candle

Step-by-Step How to Trade (Using Your Screenshot)
Step 1: Find a Liquidity Grab
Look for the orange LG-H or LG-L labels.
In your chart you can see many — especially on the left and middle sections.
Step 2: Wait for the Order Block
After the LG, check if a colored box appears:
LG-H + red box = bearish OB (institutional selling zone)
LG-L + green box = bullish OB (institutional buying zone)
Step 3: Check if price is in the OTE Zone
For longs: Price must be between the two green Fib lines
For shorts: Price must be between the two red Fib lines
Step 4: Confirm with candle + take the trade
Only enter when you also get a strong candle (big body) in the direction of the grab.

[ A L P H X ] Nexus - SMC Order Flow Confluence EngineAlphaX Nexus — Smart Money Concepts × Order Flow Confluence Engine, Market Structure Detection, Institutional Zone Mapping & Real-Time Verdict Dashboard
AlphaX Nexus is a professional-grade Smart Money Concepts and Order Flow analysis system built on a proprietary eight-factor Confluence Engine that unifies market structure, institutional price zones, liquidity mechanics, and raw order flow data into a single precision-scored signal framework. It detects Break of Structure and Change of Character events in real time, automatically draws and manages Order Block and Fair Value Gap zones, identifies liquidity sweeps and equal highs/lows, estimates buy-sell delta without tick data, detects institutional absorption, and delivers graded entry signals with a live confidence breakdown — all governed by a real-time verdict dashboard. Designed for intraday traders on fast-moving instruments like XAUUSD, indices, and forex majors.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🏗 The Five-Engine Architecture — How It Works
AlphaX Nexus is not a single indicator layered on price — it is a multi-engine confluence system where every component is purpose-built and feeds into a central scoring mechanism. Five interconnected engines run simultaneously on every bar:
Market Structure Engine — detects Break of Structure and Change of Character using pivot-based swing detection
Institutional Zone Engine — auto-draws and manages Order Blocks and Fair Value Gaps anchored to structural events
Liquidity Engine — identifies sweep events, equal highs/lows, and engineered liquidity grabs
Order Flow Engine — estimates buy/sell delta, detects absorption candles, and flags volume climax events
Confluence Scoring Engine — aggregates all of the above into a real-time score (0–8) and weighted confidence percentage (0–100%), produces a letter grade, and renders a live verdict
Every signal that appears on the chart has passed through all five engines simultaneously. Nothing fires from a single condition in isolation.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📐 Market Structure Engine — BOS & CHoCH
SCREENSHOT_BOS_CHOCH
BOS ↑ and CHoCH ↑ labels marking continuation and reversal structural events — CHoCH rendered larger to reflect its higher significance
The foundation of AlphaX Nexus is a clean pivot-based market structure model. Swing highs and lows are identified using a configurable Swing Detection Length (default: 7 bars either side), and the system tracks the two most recent swing highs and lows at all times to monitor structural progression.
Break of Structure ( BOS ↑ / BOS ↓ )
A BOS is a continuation event . It fires when:
Price closes above the last confirmed swing high while the structural trend is already bullish or undefined → BOS ↑ label appears below the bar in yellow-green
Price closes below the last confirmed swing low while the structural trend is already bearish or undefined → BOS ↓ label appears above the bar in red
BOS confirms that the existing trend is intact and progressing. It is the signal to look for re-entry setups in the direction of the established move.
Change of Character ( CHoCH ↑ / CHoCH ↓ )
A CHoCH is a reversal event — the first structural break against the established trend. It fires when:
Price closes above the last swing high while the structural trend was previously bearish → CHoCH ↑ signals a potential bullish transition
Price closes below the last swing low while the structural trend was previously bullish → CHoCH ↓ signals a potential bearish transition
CHoCH labels are rendered larger and brighter than BOS labels to reflect their higher significance. Once a CHoCH fires, the structural trend flips and subsequent breaks in that direction become BOS events. The structureTrend variable (1 = bullish, -1 = bearish, 0 = ranging) propagates directional context across the entire Confluence Engine — every other component reads from it.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🟩 Order Block Engine
Active bullish and bearish Order Block zones extending to the right — solid-bordered boxes marking institutional demand and supply areas
Order Blocks are the last opposing candle before an impulsive structural break — the footprint of institutional order flow that caused the move. AlphaX Nexus auto-draws, manages, and tracks these zones in real time.
How Order Blocks are identified:
Bullish OB — on a BOS ↑ or CHoCH ↑, the engine scans back up to 15 bars to find the last bearish candle (close < open) before the break. The full high-to-low range of that candle becomes the OB zone, drawn in yellow-green
Bearish OB — on a BOS ↓ or CHoCH ↓, the engine scans back up to 15 bars to find the last bullish candle (close > open). That candle's full range becomes the OB zone, drawn in red
Volume Confirmation Filter
When enabled, the OB candle must have volume exceeding the 20-bar Volume SMA multiplied by a configurable OB Volume Multiplier (default: 1.4×). Only OBs backed by genuine institutional activity are drawn — random opposing candles do not qualify.
Active Zone Management:
Max Active Order Blocks (default: 4) — when the limit is reached, the oldest OB is removed to make room for new ones
OB Max Age (default: 80 bars) — zones expire automatically to prevent stale OBs from cluttering the chart
Mitigation Mode — two options for when an OB is considered consumed:
Wick — the OB is mitigated when any wick penetrates through the zone boundary
Close — stricter mode; only a bar closing beyond the boundary triggers mitigation
When price is currently trading inside an active OB, the zone flags as active and feeds directly into the Confluence Score and dashboard
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🟦 Fair Value Gap Engine
Bullish and bearish Fair Value Gap zones rendered with dotted borders — distinguishing them visually from the solid-bordered Order Blocks
Fair Value Gaps are price imbalances created by impulsive institutional moves where three consecutive candles leave a gap between the first and third candle's range. AlphaX Nexus identifies these automatically and manages them as live zones.
How FVGs are identified:
Bullish FVG — the low of the current bar sits above the high of the candle two bars ago, with the middle candle bullish (close > open). The gap between those two levels is the FVG zone
Bearish FVG — the high of the current bar sits below the low of the candle two bars ago, with the middle candle bearish. The gap between those two levels is the FVG zone
A minimum size filter expressed as a percentage of ATR (default: 15% of ATR-14) prevents micro-gaps from cluttering the chart — only genuinely significant imbalances are drawn
FVG zones are rendered with a dotted border and subtle fill, clearly distinguishing them from Order Blocks at a glance. Like OBs, they extend to the right until filled or expired.
Zone Management:
Max Active FVGs (default: 4) limits simultaneous zones on screen
FVG Max Age (default: 60 bars) auto-expires old gaps
A bullish FVG is filled and removed when price drops to or below its lower boundary; a bearish FVG when price rises to or above its upper boundary
When price is trading inside an active FVG, the zone is flagged and feeds the Confluence Engine
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💧 Liquidity Engine — Sweeps & Equal Highs/Lows
$ SWEEP labels marking bullish and bearish liquidity grab events — dashed lines connecting equal swing highs and lows marking institutional liquidity pools
Institutional traders frequently engineer liquidity grabs before reversals — spiking price into pools of stop orders above swing highs or below swing lows, filling their positions against trapped retail traders, then reversing. AlphaX Nexus identifies both the sweep event and the liquidity pools themselves.
Liquidity Sweeps ( $ SWEEP )
The engine monitors a rolling Liquidity Lookback window (default: 25 bars) to track recent highs and lows:
Bullish Liquidity Sweep — price wicks below the recent low of the lookback window but closes back above it, with a bullish close. A "$ SWEEP" label appears below the bar in yellow-green, signalling that sell-side liquidity was grabbed and a bullish reversal may follow
Bearish Liquidity Sweep — price wicks above the recent high but closes back below it, with a bearish close. A "$ SWEEP" label appears above the bar in red, signalling that buy-side liquidity was taken
A confirmed liquidity sweep scores 15 points in the Confidence Engine — one of the highest single-factor contributions available.
Equal Highs / Equal Lows — Liquidity Pool Lines
When two consecutive swing highs are within a configurable Equal Level Threshold (default: 0.08%) of each other, the engine draws a dashed horizontal line at the average of the two highs — marking an Equal Highs level. The same logic applies to Equal Lows. These levels represent clusters of stop orders and are prime targets for institutional sweeps. Lines update automatically as new swings form.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📊 Order Flow Engine — Delta, Absorption & Volume
Diamond absorption markers, volume spike dots at the bottom of the chart, and delta divergence triangles — the order flow layer operating beneath price
Without tick data, AlphaX Nexus uses a proprietary candle-position method to estimate real-time buy and sell pressure, detect institutional absorption, and identify volume climax events — all from standard OHLCV data.
Estimated Delta (Buy vs Sell Volume)
On every bar, the engine estimates the proportion of volume that was buyer-driven versus seller-driven based on where price closed relative to the candle's full range:
Buy Volume Estimate — volume × ((close − low) / (high − low))
Sell Volume Estimate — remaining volume after buy estimate
Raw Delta — the difference between buy and sell estimates, smoothed by a configurable EMA ( Delta Smooth Length , default: 4)
Delta Divergence Detection:
Delta Accumulation (▲ triangle below bar) — price makes a new 10-bar low but smoothed delta is rising → institutional accumulation is occurring against the price move. A small yellow-green triangle appears below the bar
Delta Distribution (▼ triangle above bar) — price makes a new 10-bar high but smoothed delta is falling → institutional distribution is occurring into the rally. A small red triangle appears above the bar
Absorption Detection (◆ diamond)
Institutional absorption is detected when a candle has a large wick relative to its body combined with above-average volume — the hallmark of a large player absorbing supply or demand:
Bullish Absorption — lower wick exceeds the body size multiplied by the Absorption Wick/Body Ratio (default: 2.0×), volume is above average, and the candle closes bullish. A yellow-green diamond appears below the bar
Bearish Absorption — upper wick exceeds the body multiplied by the same ratio, volume is above average, and the candle closes bearish. A red diamond appears above the bar
Volume Spike Dots
When volume exceeds the Volume SMA multiplied by the Volume Spike Multiplier (default: 1.8×), a small dot appears at the bottom of the chart — yellow-green on a bullish bar, red on a bearish bar. This gives an immediate visual history of where institutional volume surges have occurred.

🧠 Eight-Factor Confluence Scoring Engine
Every entry signal is scored by a real-time confluence engine that evaluates eight independent factors and produces two outputs: a raw score out of 8 and a weighted confidence percentage from 0 to 100% . Only signals meeting your configured Min Confluence Score threshold are displayed.
The eight confluence factors are:
1 — Market Structure (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 25%)
structureTrend == 1 (bullish) or -1 (bearish) contributes 1 point to the raw score
In the confidence calculation: confirmed bullish/bearish structure = 25%, ranging/undefined = 10%, opposing structure = 0%
2 — Price Inside Order Block (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 15%)
Price currently trading inside an active, unmitigated bullish or bearish OB
Represents the highest-probability demand or supply zone on the chart
3 — Price Inside Fair Value Gap (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 10%)
Price currently trading inside an active, unfilled bullish or bearish FVG
Confirms price is retesting a genuine institutional imbalance
4 — Liquidity Sweep (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 15%)
A confirmed bullish or bearish liquidity sweep on the current bar
One of the highest-weighted single-bar factors — a sweep into a zone and POI combination is the highest-probability setup in the system
5 — Volume Confirmation (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 7%)
Volume is above the 20-bar SMA and the candle closes in the signal direction (bullish close for long, bearish close for short)
Confirms that institutional participation is present on the signal bar
6 — Institutional Absorption (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 10%)
A bullish or bearish absorption candle detected on the current bar
High-volume wick rejection confirming that large players are actively absorbing supply or demand
7 — Delta Divergence (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 8%)
Delta accumulation (price at lows, delta rising) or delta distribution (price at highs, delta falling) detected on the current bar
Reveals hidden institutional accumulation or distribution that price action alone does not show
8 — EMA Trend Alignment (Score: 1 point / Confidence: up to 10%)
Full EMA fan alignment (Fast 21 > Medium 50 > Slow 200 for bulls, reverse for bears) = full 10% contribution
Partial alignment (price above/below 200 EMA with Fast above Medium) = 5% contribution
Confirms the macro structural backdrop supports the signal direction
Confidence Grade Scale:
A+ — 75% and above — highest conviction setups
A — 60% to 74%
B — 45% to 59%
C — 30% to 44%
D — below 30% — filtered out at default settings
The default minimum confluence score is 3 out of 8 — calibrated for XAUUSD 1-minute to allow valid high-probability setups through while blocking weak, low-factor signals. Increase to 4 or 5 for cleaner, lower-frequency signals on higher timeframes.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🎯 Entry Signal Labels ( ▲ L O N G / ▼ S H O R T )
Entry signal labels rendered below/above price with dotted connector lines — showing the grade, confidence percentage, raw score and active confluence factors
When all conditions align — minimum confluence score met, signal cooldown cleared, and candle closing in the signal direction — an entry label fires. Labels are positioned at a configurable ATR offset from the candle (default: 3.4× ATR) to keep them clear of price, with a dotted connector line drawn from the bar to the label.
Each signal label displays three lines of information:
Line 1 — direction: ▲ L O N G or ▼ S H O R T
Line 2 — grade letter (A+, A, B, C) | confidence percentage | raw score out of 8
Line 3 — a checklist of every confluence factor that fired: ✓STR ✓OB ✓FVG ✓LIQ ✓VOL ✓ABS ✓DLT ✓EMA
Label color scales with confidence — brightest at A+, dimmed at lower grades — giving an immediate visual read on signal quality without reading the numbers.
Signal Conflict Resolution:
If both a bullish and bearish signal qualify on the same bar, the system compares the raw scores and publishes only the higher-scoring direction
If scores are exactly equal, both signals are suppressed — a genuinely ambiguous bar produces no signal
Signal Cooldown (default: 12 bars) prevents signal spam during fast-moving or choppy conditions by enforcing a minimum number of bars between consecutive signals.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
☁ Trend Cloud & EMA System
The Trend Cloud and three EMAs providing structural context — fanned EMAs confirm trend health, converging EMAs warn of choppy or ranging conditions
Three structural tools provide directional context beneath the signal layer:
Trend Cloud (Kijun/Tenkan Style)
Cloud Fast — the midpoint of the highest high and lowest low over the Cloud Fast Length (default: 9 bars)
Cloud Slow — the midpoint of the highest high and lowest low over the Cloud Slow Length (default: 26 bars)
When Cloud Fast is above Cloud Slow → cloud fills bullish yellow-green
When Cloud Fast is below Cloud Slow → cloud fills bearish red
The cloud thickness reflects the strength of the current directional move — a wide cloud means strong trending conditions, a collapsed cloud means choppy or ranging conditions
Three EMAs — Structural Context:
Fast EMA (21) — yellow-green cross marks — the immediate momentum reference. When price holds above the Fast EMA, intrabar momentum favours longs
Medium EMA (50) — gray line — the intermediate trend filter. Its slope direction confirms whether momentum is building or fading
Slow EMA (200) — dark gray thick line — the structural backbone. Used by the confidence scoring system and the dashboard as the macro trend divider
EMA Fan Analysis:
When all three EMAs are fanning outward in order (Fast > Medium > Slow for bullish, reverse for bearish) — the trend is healthy and entry signals carry maximum confidence weight from the EMA factor
When EMAs are converging — trend momentum is fading, expect chop or a structural shift
When EMAs are tangled and flat — range-bound market, the EMA factor scores zero in the confidence engine
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📊 Live Verdict Dashboard
The AlphaX Nexus dashboard — three-column layout showing all market metrics, active zone counts, bull/bear scores with grades, and the real-time verdict
A fully configurable on-chart dashboard presents the complete state of all five engines simultaneously. It updates on every bar and requires no sub-windows or separate panels.
Dashboard rows and what they display:
STRUCTURE — current structureTrend state (▲ BULLISH / ▼ BEARISH / — RANGING) with the most recent structural event (BOS or CHoCH) shown in the detail column
EMA TREND — full fan alignment state (▲ BULL ALIGNED / ▼ BEAR ALIGNED / — MIXED) with price position relative to the 200 EMA
CLOUD — current trend cloud direction (▲ BULLISH / ▼ BEARISH / — FLAT)
REL VOLUME — relative volume state (SPIKE / HIGH / NORMAL / DRY) with the exact multiplier (e.g. 2.14×)
DELTA FLOW — smoothed delta direction (▲ BUYING / ▼ SELLING / — FLAT) with accumulation or distribution label when a divergence is active
ACTIVE ZONES — live count of active Order Blocks and Fair Value Gaps, with a real-time indicator if price is currently inside any zone (IN OB▲, IN OB▼, IN FVG▲, IN FVG▼)
BULL SCORE — raw score out of 8, confidence percentage, and letter grade for the bullish direction
BEAR SCORE — raw score out of 8, confidence percentage, and letter grade for the bearish direction
VERDICT — the system's real-time conclusion based on score, structure, and EMA alignment combined
Verdict logic:
✓ HIGH CONFIDENCE LONG — bull score ≥ 5, structure bullish, EMA trend bullish
✓ HIGH CONFIDENCE SHORT — bear score ≥ 5, structure bearish, EMA trend bearish
△ LEAN LONG — CAUTION — bull score meets minimum threshold and structure is bullish, but EMA alignment is not fully confirmed
▽ LEAN SHORT — CAUTION — bear score meets minimum threshold and structure is bearish, but EMA alignment is not fully confirmed
✕ MIXED — STAND ASIDE — both scores meet the threshold simultaneously — no clear directional edge
✕ NO CLEAR EDGE — neither score meets the threshold — no tradeable condition
Dashboard position (Top Right / Top Left / Bottom Right / Bottom Left), text size (Tiny / Small / Normal), and background color are all fully configurable.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🚀 How to Trade with AlphaX Nexus — Step by Step
Step 1 — Read the Dashboard Verdict
Check the VERDICT row first — it summarizes all five engines in a single line
HIGH CONFIDENCE signals only appear when structure, EMA trend, and score all align simultaneously
If the verdict is MIXED or NO CLEAR EDGE → do not trade. Wait for conditions to resolve
Step 2 — Confirm the Zone
Check the ACTIVE ZONES row — is price currently inside an OB or FVG?
A signal firing while price is inside a relevant zone (bullish signal in a bullish OB, or bearish signal in a bearish OB) is the highest-probability setup in the system
Signals that fire away from any active zone are lower conviction — proceed with caution
Step 3 — Wait for a $ SWEEP (Optional but Powerful)
A liquidity sweep into a zone before the signal fires is the ideal entry trigger
Sweep + OB/FVG + structure alignment = the full Smart Money setup with all major confluence factors active
Not every signal will have a sweep — but when it does, the confidence score and grade will reflect it
Step 4 — Enter on the Signal Label
A ▲ L O N G or ▼ S H O R T label with grade A or A+ is your primary entry signal
Read the confluence checklist on line 3 — the more ✓ marks, the stronger the setup
Place your stop loss beyond the relevant Order Block boundary or the recent swing high/low
Step 5 — Manage with the Dashboard
After entry, monitor the DELTA FLOW and REL VOLUME rows — if delta starts diverging against your position while volume spikes, momentum may be exhausting
Monitor the STRUCTURE row — if a CHoCH fires against your trade direction, the trend may be reversing
Watch the ACTIVE ZONES row — if price enters an opposing OB or FVG during your trade, consider taking partial profits
Step 6 — Exit When Structure Changes
A CHoCH in the opposite direction is the primary exit signal — the trend has reversed
A VERDICT shift to MIXED or NO CLEAR EDGE while in a trade is a warning to tighten your stop
Close remaining positions before the opposing trend establishes a new high-confidence score

🎯 Default Settings — Optimized For
The default configuration is specifically tuned for XAUUSD (Gold) on the 1-minute timeframe :
Swing Detection Length of 7 calibrated for gold's intraday swing structure
OB Volume Multiplier of 1.4× filters low-volume OBs while accepting most genuine institutional candles
FVG minimum size at 15% of ATR filters micro-gaps caused by gold's spread volatility
Liquidity Lookback of 25 bars captures the most relevant recent high/low pools without reaching too far back
Confluence minimum of 3/8 allows valid setups through while blocking single-factor noise
Signal Cooldown of 12 bars prevents repeated signals during fast gold moves
EMA periods 21 / 50 / 200 match gold's intraday momentum and structural rhythm
For other instruments or timeframes, adjust:
Higher timeframes (5m, 15m) — increase Swing Detection Length to 10–14, increase Min Confluence to 4
Forex majors — reduce OB Volume Multiplier to 1.2–1.3, FVG minimum to 10% of ATR
Indices (NAS100, US30) — use defaults or increase Liquidity Lookback to 35 for broader pool detection
Fewer signals — increase Min Confluence Score to 4–5, increase Signal Cooldown, enable volume confirmation on OBs
More signals — reduce Min Confluence to 2, decrease Signal Cooldown, disable FVG minimum size filter
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
👥 Who This Is For
🥇 Gold (XAUUSD) scalpers and intraday traders — built and tuned specifically for gold's liquidity structure, volatility profile, and institutional behavior
📉 Smart Money Concepts traders — a complete SMC toolkit with BOS, CHoCH, OBs, FVGs, sweeps, and equal highs/lows in one unified system
📊 Order flow analysts — delta estimation, absorption detection, and volume spike mapping without expensive tick data subscriptions
🧠 Systematic traders — the eight-factor confluence scoring and letter grade system provides a fully quantitative framework, not just visual markers
📈 Traders who value clean charts — every element earns its place. No indicator soup, no overlapping noise, one cohesive system with consistent color language
⚠ Traders who struggle with overtrading — the minimum confluence gate, signal cooldown, and VERDICT dashboard physically prevent marginal setups from generating signals
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📝 Notes
All OB and FVG zones are drawn from confirmed structural events only — no predictive or speculative zones are plotted
Delta estimation uses the candle position method (volume × close position within the range) — it is an approximation and not equivalent to real tick delta, but provides meaningful directional bias information
Equal highs/lows lines update on every new swing — the most recently drawn line always reflects the latest two qualifying swing points
All signal calculations are non-repainting — signals are confirmed on bar close and do not move or vanish retroactively
Designed primarily for intraday timeframes — M1 through H1. On daily or weekly charts the order flow features remain functional but the fast-moving zone management settings may require adjustment
Maximum 500 labels, boxes, and lines are used — on very low timeframes with extended chart history, oldest elements may be automatically removed by TradingView's rendering limits

SMC Pro BTC - ICT Order Blocks & FVG [DOE]SMC Pro BTC - ICT Order Blocks & FVG
A multi-timeframe Smart Money Concepts engine built exclusively for Bitcoin. This indicator combines order blocks, fair value gaps, liquidity sweeps, break of structure, and premium/discount zone analysis into one backtest-verified, non-repainting strategy.
Every signal you see in history is exactly what you would have seen live. No repainting. No lookahead. No curve-fitting.
Built by a former quantitative analyst from a US-based systematic fund. The structural logic behind this indicator is the same order flow mechanics that institutional algorithms use to identify and exploit liquidity imbalances — adapted for retail traders on TradingView.
TWO STRATEGY MODES
The indicator offers two execution modes on the same structural foundation. Both include commissions (0.075% per trade) and slippage (3 ticks) in all backtested results.
AGGRESSIVE MODE — More trades, more exposure
Entries fire on any valid BOS or CHoCH confirmed by an order block and fair value gap on the confirmation timeframe. Accepts a lower win rate in exchange for capturing a larger portion of trending moves.
Metric Value
Period Jan 2021 — Feb 2026 (5 years)
Total Trades 90
Win Rate 45.56%
Net P&L +14.36%
Profit Factor 1.95
Max Drawdown 1.36%
90 trades across 5 full years — including the 2022 bear market. A profit factor of 1.95 means that for every dollar lost, the system recovered nearly two. The 45% win rate works because winning trades are structurally larger than losers. This is positive expectancy executed over a statistically meaningful sample.
SELECTIVE MODE — Fewer trades, higher precision
Adds a premium/discount zone filter. Longs only in the discount zone of the HTF dealing range. Shorts only in the premium zone. This single structural filter cuts the trade count significantly while improving signal quality.
Metric Value
Period Jan 2021 — Feb 2026 (5 years)
Total Trades 29
Win Rate 51.72%
Net P&L +1.10%
Profit Factor 1.324
Max Drawdown 1.23%
The Selective mode sacrifices P&L for risk control — the maximum drawdown over 5 years was just 1.23%. The lower trade count (29) reflects the strict filtering: every signal requires structural confluence plus optimal price positioning. This mode is designed for traders who prioritize capital preservation over returns.
Both modes are provided so you can evaluate the tradeoff between frequency and precision. There is no objectively "better" mode — only the one that matches your risk tolerance.
Note on sample size: The Aggressive mode produces 90 trades over the 5-year test period, approaching the 100-trade benchmark for statistical significance. The Selective mode produces 29 trades due to the strict confluence requirements — each trade requires alignment across 6 independent conditions (BOS, OB, FVG, liquidity sweep, premium/discount zone). We recommend supplementing the backtest with forward-testing on live data for additional confidence. The Strategy Tester is fully available for you to verify all results with your own settings.
ENTRY LOGIC — STEP BY STEP
Every signal requires alignment across structure, zone, imbalance, and liquidity. No single condition is sufficient.
LONG ENTRY SEQUENCE
Step 1 — HTF Directional Bias
The Direction Timeframe (default: 4H) detects a bullish break of structure or change of character. This establishes the higher-timeframe directional bias. Without bullish structure on the HTF, no long signal fires.
Step 2 — MTF Confirmation
The Confirmation Timeframe (default: 1H) must confirm with its own bullish BOS or CHoCH, aligning both timeframes in the same direction.
Step 3 — Order Block Identification
The script finds the last bearish candle before the impulsive bullish move — the order block where smart money accumulated positions.
Step 4 — Fair Value Gap Validation
A bullish FVG must overlap the identified order block zone. An OB alone is a level. An OB combined with an FVG is confluence.
Step 5 — Liquidity Sweep Confirmation
A recent liquidity sweep must have occurred — price dipped below a prior swing low, triggering stop-losses, before reversing.
Step 6 — Premium/Discount Zone Filter (Selective Mode Only)
Entry must occur in the discount zone of the HTF dealing range.
Step 7 — Execution
All conditions met. Signal fires. Stop-loss below the order block. Take-profit at the configured R:R distance.
SHORT ENTRY SEQUENCE
Mirrors the long with inverted conditions:
HTF bearish BOS/CHoCH
MTF bearish BOS/CHoCH confirms
Bearish order block identified
Bearish FVG overlaps the OB zone
Liquidity sweep above a prior swing high
Price in premium zone (Selective only)
SL above OB high + buffer; TP at R:R below entry
Every step is objective. No discretionary component.
FEATURES
Non-repainting, non-lookahead signals — barstate.isconfirmed enforced on all calculations
Multi-timeframe structure analysis — HTF for direction, MTF for confirmation, entry TF for execution
Order block detection with configurable lookback and automatic invalidation
Fair value gap multi-zone display — configurable by count and max distance from price
Liquidity sweep recognition with adjustable memory window
BOS and CHoCH detection on multiple timeframes
Premium/discount zone mapping with configurable threshold
Automatic SL/TP with visual trade boxes
Two strategy modes — Aggressive and Selective
Fully configurable parameters with sensible BTC 4H defaults

DEFAULT STRATEGY PROPERTIES
These are the exact settings used for the published backtest. You can verify all results by loading the indicator with default settings and opening the Strategy Tester:
Symbol: BTCUSDT (Binance)
Timeframe: 4H
Period: January 2021 — February 2026 (5+ years)
Initial Capital: $10,000
Order Size: 10% of equity per trade
Commission: 0.075% per trade (Binance taker fee)
Slippage: 3 ticks per order
Pyramiding: 0 (one position at a time)
Non-repainting: barstate.isconfirmed enforced
No lookahead bias: lookahead = barmerge.lookahead_off on all request.security() calls
No future leakage: entries execute on the bar after all conditions are confirmed
The 10% equity sizing means each trade risks a sustainable portion of the account. This is consistent with professional risk management standards where no single trade should expose more than 5-10% of capital.

CONCEPTS EXPLAINED
Order Blocks (OB) — The last opposing candle before a significant impulsive move. Where institutional participants positioned themselves. The foundation of SMC entry models.
Fair Value Gap (FVG) — A three-candle price imbalance where the market moved too fast for orders to fill. Markets tend to return to these inefficiencies. When an FVG overlaps an OB, that is high-probability confluence.
Break of Structure (BOS) — Price moves beyond a prior swing high/low in the trend direction. Signals continuation.
Change of Character (CHoCH) — A structural break against the prevailing trend. The first objective signal of a potential reversal.
Liquidity Sweep — Price pushes beyond a key level to trigger stop-losses, then reverses. Institutional participants hunting clustered orders for liquidity.
Premium and Discount Zones — The HTF range divided by the 50% equilibrium. Premium = expensive (favor shorts). Discount = cheap (favor longs).

ICT SMC Liquidity Grabs and OBsICT SMC Liquidity Grabs + OB + Fibonacci OTE Levels
Smart Money Concepts Trading Assistant
This script is built for traders who follow ICT (Inner Circle Trader) and Smart Money Concepts. It intelligently combines three critical components of SMC trading: Liquidity Grabs, Order Blocks, and Fibonacci-based Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) zones — giving traders visual cues for potential high-probability reversals and entry points.
🔍 What This Script Does:
Detects Liquidity Grabs
Identifies swing highs/lows where price sweeps liquidity, then immediately reverses.
Labels them with orange markers when price takes out previous highs/lows but closes back inside.
Draws Order Blocks
After a liquidity grab, the script looks for strong bullish or bearish candles and automatically highlights the OB zone.
These OB zones are visualized with transparent colored boxes extending several bars forward.
Plots Fibonacci OTE Levels
Uses recent swing high/low pivots to dynamically draw customizable OTE retracement levels (e.g., 62% and 75%) for both long and short setups.
Highlights Optimal Entry Zones
Marks valid OTE-based buy/sell opportunities only when:
Liquidity has been taken,
Price enters the OTE zone,
And a strong confirming candle appears.
Adds visual zones, trade labels, and optional alerts for each qualified entry.
Includes Take Profit Targets
Automatically calculates take-profit levels based on previous structure and risk-reward ratios.
TP1 is the previous swing, and TP2 is an extended R-multiple (customizable by user).
⚙️ Customization Options:
Toggle each feature (Liquidity Grabs, OBs, Fibonacci Levels)
Adjust Fibonacci levels (default: 62% and 75%)
Set lookback period for liquidity checks
Customize the R-multiple for TP2 levels
💡 How to Use:
Enable desired features from the input panel.
Watch for Buy/Sell OTE zones highlighted in green/red.
Confirm with liquidity sweep and OB support for stronger signals.
Use the automatically generated TP levels to manage risk.
🚀 What Makes It Unique:
Unlike other open-source mashups, this script synchronizes multiple SMC concepts into a single tool that:
Waits for high-confidence conditions (not just blind fib or OB detection)
Validates entries using multiple confluences
Visually marks actionable setups
Automates trade management zones
Whether you're trend-trading, scalping, or swing trading ICT-style, this tool offers a streamlined, smart-money-aligned workflow directly on your chart. مؤشر

Smart Money Concept [TradingFinder] Major OB + FVG + Liquidity🔵 Introduction
"Smart Money" refers to funds under the control of institutional investors, central banks, funds, market makers, and other financial entities. Ordinary people recognize investments made by those who have a deep understanding of market performance and possess information typically inaccessible to regular investors as "Smart Money".
Consequently, when market movements often diverge from expectations, traders identify the footprints of smart money. For example, when a classic pattern forms in the market, traders take short positions. However, the market might move upward instead. They attribute this contradiction to smart money and seek to capitalize on such inconsistencies in their trades.
The "Smart Money Concept" (SMC) is one of the primary styles of technical analysis that falls under the subset of "Price Action". Price action encompasses various subcategories, with one of the most significant being "Supply and Demand", in which SMC is categorized.
The SMC method aims to identify trading opportunities by emphasizing the impact of large traders (Smart Money) on the market, offering specific patterns, techniques, and trading strategies.
🟣 Key Terms of Smart Money Concept (SMC)
• Market Structure (Trend)
• Change of Character (ChoCh)
• Break of Structure (BoS)
• Order Blocks (Supply and Demand)
• Imbalance (IMB)
• Inefficiency (IFC)
• Fair Value Gap (FVG)
• Liquidity
• Premium and Discount
🔵 How Does the "Smart Money Concept Indicator" Work?
🟣 Market Structure
a. Accumulation
b. Market-Up
c. Distribution
d. Market-Down
a) Accumulation Phase : During the accumulation period, typically following a downtrend, smart money enters the market without significantly affecting the pricing trend.
b) Market-Up Phase : In this phase, the price of an asset moves upward from the accumulation range and begins to rise. Usually, the buying by retail investors is the main driver of this trend, and due to positive market sentiment, it continues.
c) Distribution Phase : The distribution phase, unlike the accumulation stage, occurs after an uptrend. In this phase, smart money attempts to exit the market without causing significant price fluctuations.
d) Market-Down Phase : In this stage, the price of an asset moves downward from the distribution phase, initiating a prolonged downtrend. Smart money liquidates all its positions by creating selling pressure, trapping latecomer investors.
The result of these four phases in the market becomes the market trend.
Types of Trends in Financial Markets :
a. Up-Trend
b. Down Trend
c. Range (No Trend)
a) Up-Trend : The market breaks consecutive highs.
b) Down Trend : The market breaks consecutive lows.
c) No Trend or Range : The market oscillates within a range without breaking either highs or lows.
🟣 Change of Character (ChoCh)
The "ChoCh" or "Change of Character" pattern indicates an initial change in order flow in financial markets. This structural change occurs when a major pivot in the opposite direction of the market trend fails. It signals a potential change in the market trend and can serve as a signal for short-term or long-term trend changes in a trading symbol.
🟣 Break of Structure (BoS)
The "BoS" or "Break of Structure" pattern indicates the continuation of the trend in financial markets. This structure forms when, in an uptrend, the price breaks its ceiling or, in a downtrend, the price breaks its floor.
🟣 Order Blocks (Supply and Demand)
Order blocks consist of supply and demand areas where the likelihood of price reversal is higher. There are six order blocks in this indicator, categorized based on their origin and formation reasons.
a. Demand Main Zone, "ChoCh" Origin.
b. Demand Sub Zone, "ChoCh" Origin.
c. Demand All Zone, "BoS" Origin.
d. Supply Main Zone, "ChoCh" Origin.
e. Supply Sub Zone, "ChoCh" Origin.
f. Supply All Zone, "BoS" Origin.
🟣 FVG | Inefficiency | Imbalance
These three terms are almost synonymous. They describe the presence of gaps between consecutive candle shadows. This inefficiency occurs when the market moves rapidly. Primarily, imbalances and these rapid movements stem from the entry of smart money and the imbalance between buyer and seller power. Therefore, identifying these movements is crucial for traders.
These areas are significant because prices often return to fill these gaps or even before they occur to fill price gaps.
🟣 Liquidity
Liquidity zones are areas where there is a likelihood of congestion of stop-loss orders. Liquidity is considered the driving force of the entire market, and market makers may manipulate the market using these zones. However, in many cases, this does not happen because there is insufficient liquidity in some areas.
Types of Liquidity in Financial Markets :
a. Trend Lines
b. Double Tops | Double Bottoms
c. Triple Tops | Triple Bottoms
d. Support Lines | Resistance Lines
All four types of liquidity in this indicator are automatically identified.
🟣 Premium and Discount
Premium and discount zones can assist traders in making better decisions. For instance, they may sell positions in expensive ranges and buy in cheaper ranges. The closer the price is to the major resistance, the more expensive it is, and the closer it is to the major support, the cheaper it is.
🔵 How to Use
🟣 Change of Character (ChoCh) and Break of Structure (BoS)
This indicator detects "ChoCh" and "BoS" in both Minor and Major states. You can turn on the display of these lines by referring to the last part of the settings.
🟣 Order Blocks (Supply and Demand)
Order blocks are Zones where the probability of price reversal is higher. In demand Zones you can buy opportunities and in supply Zones you can check sell opportunities.
The "Refinement" feature allows you to adjust the width of the order block according to your strategy. There are two modes, "Aggressive" and "Defensive," in the "Order Block Refine". The difference between "Aggressive" and "Defensive" lies in the width of the order block.
For risk-averse traders, the "Defensive" mode is suitable as it provides a lower loss limit and a greater reward-to-risk ratio. For risk-taking traders, the "Aggressive" mode is more appropriate. These traders prefer to enter trades at higher prices, and this mode, which has a wider order block width, is more suitable for this group of individuals.
🟣 Fair Value Gap (FVG) | Imbalance (IMB) | Inefficiency (IFC)
In order to identify the "fair value gap" on the chart, it must be analyzed candle by candle. In this process, it is important to pay attention to candles with a large size, and a candle and a candle should be examined before that.
Candles before and after this central candle should have long shadows and their bodies should not overlap with the central candle body. The distance between the shadows of the first and third candles is known as the FVG range.
These areas work in two ways :
• Supply and demand area : In this case, the price reacts to these areas and the trend is reversed.
• Liquidity zone : In this scenario, the price "fills" the zone and then reaches the order block.
Important note : In most cases, the FVG zone of very small width acts as a supply and demand zone, while the zone of significant width acts as a liquidity zone and absorbs price.
When the FVG filter is activated, the FVG regions are filtered based on the specified algorithm.
FVG filter types include the following :
1. Very Aggressive Mode : In addition to the initial condition, an additional condition is considered. For bullish FVG, the maximum price of the last candle must be greater than the maximum price of the middle candle.
Similarly, for a bearish FVG, the minimum price of the last candle must be lower than the minimum price of the middle candle. This mode removes the minimum number of FVGs.
2. Aggressive : In addition to the very aggressive condition, the size of the middle candle is also considered. The size of the center candle should not be small and therefore more FVGs are removed in this case.
3. Defensive : In addition to the conditions of the very aggressive mode, this mode also considers the size of the middle pile, which should be relatively large and make up the majority of the body.
Also, to identify bullish FVGs, the second and third candles must be positive, while for bearish FVGs, the second and third candles must be negative. This mode filters out a significant number of FVGs and keeps only those of good quality.
4. Very Defensive : In addition to the conditions of the defensive mode, in this mode the first and third candles should not be very small-bodied doji candles. This mode filters out most FVGs and only the best quality ones remain.
🟣 Liquidity
These levels are where traders intend to exit their trades. "Market makers" or smart money usually accumulate or distribute their trading positions near these levels, where many retail traders have placed their "stop loss" orders. When liquidity is collected from these losses, the price often reverses.
A "Stop hunt" is a move designed to offset liquidity generated by established stop losses. Banks often use major news events to trigger stop hunts and capture liquidity released into the market. For example, if they intend to execute heavy buy orders, they encourage others to sell through stop-hots.
Consequently, if there is liquidity in the market before reaching the order block area, the validity of that order block is higher. Conversely, if the liquidity is close to the order block, that is, the price reaches the order block before reaching the liquidity limit, the validity of that order block is lower.
🟣 Alert
With the new alert functionality in this indicator, you won't miss any important trading signals. Alerts are activated when the price hits the last order block.
1. It is possible to set alerts for each "symbol" and "time frame". The system will automatically detect both and include them in the warning message.
2. Each alert provides the exact date and time it was triggered. This helps you measure the timeliness of the signal and evaluate its relevance.
3. Alerts include target order block price ranges. The "Proximal" level represents the initial price level strike, while the "Distal" level represents the maximum price gap in the block. These details are included in the warning message.
4. You can customize the alert name through the "Alert Name" entry.
5. Create custom messages for "long" and "short" alerts to be sent with notifications.
