Long Call - Insight to Mid Morning Pull Back
Apple, AAPL is a cash cow! Today, after the early morning sell off, I targeted a strong bullish trend based on IV and Volume Avg to DMI. The point I'm making is in a high volatility market, AAPL performs very well with options. I entered a Long Call for DEC Strike 114 when the asking price was just below 112. I use the 15MIN chart for entry, calibrated underlying to my premium Bid entry and the rest is history. Note: Where most scalpers get white knuckled is at the first gain peak - this is a surge upwards (or downwards between 10:15 AM PST to 11 AM PST. Then there is a reversal, and at times a sell off. For risk aversion - watch for a .25% to .30% pull back on price. If it stops here, then you'll see a continuation, as shown with this chart.
