Apple back to All Time High versus Nasdaq since 2012

Apple is a symptom whereby capital is flowing into dow and blue chip stocks.

Just like Microsoft, Apple is back at that level versus Nasdaq, will Apple able to BREAKOUT and continue to OUTPERFORM the general market?
