Hello rich traders! The AUD/USD pair edged lower during the Asian session on Tuesday and retreated further from four-day highs around the 0.6450 area touched on Monday. currently trading around the 0.6420-0.6415 area, down more than 0.15% on the day.
The US Dollar (USD) attracted fresh buying following its sharp overnight decline and is therefore currently seen as the main factor weighing on the AUD/USD pair.
However, we can wait for more important US consumer inflation data to be released on Wednesday, thereby creating a new direction for the AUD/USD pair.
