It is forming a Bullish Falling Wedge on the 4HR with the RSI being oversold(Top Two), Momentum(Bottom) and EWO(Under Chart) showing a buy signal with the MACD about to cross. Its also at the bottom of the Daily Support. Keep in Mind on the Daily it's forming a Bearish Rising Wedge, luckily the RSI shows a series of higher lows as a support.
