Price action says BUY!!!

There is a debt restructuring exercise going on which suggest a loss that the bank has to take suggest further decline in price. However, I trade price action not NEWS and price is sitting on demand zone which previously showed strong momentum. I believe we are likely to see a break out towards the first target.
