TRUMP breaking out & BIDEN re-testing

TRUMP has broken the .618 and has room to .886. BIDEN has already tapped the .886 is now re-testing the neckline of
the reverse H/S breakout. Both charts look bullish to me. My take away = this is going to be closer than many people think.
The biggest risk for the markets right now is a close election and a contested outcome.
