I need some HELP! BTC 30 Week SMA crossing under 92 Week SMA

Since my IQ is only 0, I need help understanding what happens when Bitcoin's 30 Week Simple Moving Average crosses under the 02 Week Simple Moving Average. It does this over and over historically, but I can't seem to figure out why it's so important...
