Buy Signal:
Closing price "above" 30 day high. Then buy the position on the following morning

Calculate Initial Stop Loss:
Closing price (of the day where the closing price was above the 30 Day High) - xx ATR (of the same day)

Dynamic ATR Stop Loss Adjustments based on Profit Targets hit for the open position:
3 ATR (If open profit, based on a closing price never surpassed 39.99%)
2 ATR (If open profit once hit 40% based on closing price)
1 ATR (If open profit once hit 150% based on closing price)
