Inverse H&S or Adam and Eve?

If support is found at the 3450 area and then the 4400 gets broken that would look like an inverse h&s , but if we slowly descend from here we could full retrace to 3100 and if support is found there, and we break 4400 it would look like an adam and eve bottom.
I expect it to be temporary and not break 5600. Gaps will be filled
