Is BITCOIN bottomed and ready for a rally?

Bear seems exhausted, 3 bottoms were built within the past two days and a higher low is here.
Volatility was getting smaller and smaller, which need a breakout to release the stress.
An ascending triangle is there,waiting the final moment, breakup or fading.
Will a twin bottom of 2019 Dec. 15 be confirmed by a boom?
