Seeing lots of wicks on the weekly, is this the top?

It is starting to look like the top on the chart. You have weekly candles with some rejection looking wicks on the weekly and the daily. Also looks like an older resistance area from the past too. The daily will tell you what’s next. No candles have closed outside of the flag on the daily. The break out should guide once that happens. No special indicators here, simple markup only.
