Not sure here but this could be possible scenario. Let me know what you think. This red cone (triangle) is of interest for me. We could travel this tip and then decide to go into the 45% to 20% area, not sure.

02/25/15 Looks like my original hunch hitting 15% was the better predictor here. Now I can see that the 10% resistance was violated as well.
