Bull Dragon Scenario Up or Down? Fractal Fail?

Hello Folks,

Bull Dragon is here,
its looks like we are about to Finish the Double Top if we stay in low vulume, this mostly happens in bearish trend.

if we have a bit average high Volume we are going to the Blue Line in chart.

If we have very high Volume in buy we can breakout in the Green Line.
look a great heavy resistance ahead from 3620 up.
in our current Volume now we cant Breakout easily and we might reject multiple times.

lets see what happens!

looks like we got the Blue Line.

but if volume lacks in nxt 12 hr or 24hrs
we will go back to 3650 (MEX) around 373X at Finex

if we have a Bull flag with good volume of buys in the coming 12 - 24 hrs we have a chance of breaking out upto 3.8k
