Bitcoin 4hours chart short term predictions

Fundamental :

1. Korean FUD - Rumors about govn gonna banned exchange (( but looks like it won't happen )) because they are gonna do government election and no one dares to touch crypto issue

Technical :

Short Term outlook

Price still consolidate between 13.000 - 14.000 level , upside around 16.000 level and downside 10.000 level

my opinion :

Buy the Dip and target until 16.000 area
