ETH value not relative to BTCUSD

BTC is passed 7300$ BUT ETH stopped at 299 and not going up anymore. It's normally moving the exact same way. It was yesterday when we moved from 7150 to 7250.

Conclusion : ETH price will remain under 300$. The market already prices it in. This means the increase is due to BTC pump not followed by an ETH pump. real traders stay away from this Bull run.
