Bitcoin is still in Bear market

I drue som line off support and trend line's. Today I was watching it closely if the Bear market stop and go for Bull run againg but it didn't.

There was few bad news, and hackers again and lots and lots of panic on market. Panic didnt stop even after Binance fix the issue.
