Recap: BTC broke out of Decision 1 on the previous analysis and did not follow through in either direction after, respecting the Decision Levels subsequently. It is getting a bit too quiet around here and we are in some need of news or something. Wonder who will oblige this time. Money Man is putting BTC currently in Decision 2 as we do have some resistance built up above us and breaking that, would be a good catalyst. The darker areas within the Decision boxes carry more weight than the rest of the space they occupy.
Conclusion: Money Man has made some minor changes to his previous analysis to reach these conclusions. He thinks something needs to happen. Simply put; we are getting too complacent, and something needs to happen with all the volume the market has been chewing on. Remember: No guarantees, only probabilities.
