BTC price is going down due to future expectation of 3000USD

As we have seen that BTC price is continuously going down because so many people are selling their BTC due to their expectation that BTC will again reach 3000USD but I don't think it will go down further because in 2020 a new era of cryptocurrency will begin and more people will want to have BTC which will result in price increase.
