The falling short on Red 3 might make you think that a miss by an inch is a miss by a mile, but not so fast. Money Man recons the chart has kept the old Red 3 target in play for as long as Decision 1 is not breached. So, he is not binning the “current can” just yet.
Conclusion: There is a very real chance that things will quieten down now for a build-up to happen and a resulting flush of volume to come at the clearly defined resulting break.
