BTC "Shorting opportunity of a life time"

Futures trading debuts in December 2017 and some hedge fund managers are calling it the "Shorting opportunity of a life time."

Each of the last 2 times the RSI has been above 80 and BTC has been at a all-time high it has been follwed by a 30-40% correction.
BTC is bouncing off of the all-time high of about $11,900 multiple times and stuck in a trading range.
Selling here right below the all-time high and buying back at a 30% pull back would be a risk reward ratio of about 14 to 1.
