Bitcoin 2019 capitulation ring days away hold onto your hats

Looks like we will keep selling off and then hit the capitulation ring and enter free fall. The real question is whether or not we will rally in the immediate future. This fib circle caught the Nov 2018 capitulation perfectly will we enter free fall a second time?

Just got denied by an upper fib ring and captulation ring looks to be 2-4 days away depending on where it hits the line. Will we get a pump and breakout of the flag or are we headed down and into the red ring?
