1. Risk on is not in play here.
2. Rising 123 move with a broken wedge.
3. A big Head and Shoulders pattern that can be seen from the moon.
4. Bear flag coiling up for a breakdown.
5. Risk Reward is extremely favorable.

This is the closest you will get to shooting fish in a barrel.
