Hello , in all of bullish cycles till now Bitcoin Never Returned To Previous High . Because of market sentiments 20k level for BTC is Very Important For Bullish Cycle last Support.
In My opinion if Bitcoin Failed To Hold Above 20K Level , Market Will Go For Another Dip .
