Based on the BTCUSD chart, it is making a VCP (Volatility Contraction Pattern). At this stage, it wait for an upward breakout. Once it breaks around 9.8K and the volume is following to get higher at the break out time, the up power is high and fast.

The chart shows exit point today. If it keeps in 17xxx and can't back to 18000 level at today's close. Sell it out and take 75% profit in this round.
