2/5% Opportunity - Possible Bullish Fractal playout

Last-nights bear flag broke but BTC did not dump to the levels I was expecting it to. Reading between the lines we are more bullish then we think, hence the relief pump.

I'm expecting a second rally imminently. 8am GMT / 12pm GMT will tell. If there is no second spike I'm still bearish.
