BTC to possibly go to 40K!

As described in the chart, a HL has been created on the 1H and the 4H now we need to maintain that HL to create a new HH.
If we cant do this then we will see a slow rejection towards 30k.
Which would you prefer? are you a bear or a bull? I make my money either way ;)
