Bullish Divergence???

I'm not making a trade on this yet. Post your thoughts please. Is it a bullish divergence forming? If not why? Looks like it goes to form an ugly bearish bat but It's too soon to call it. It has enough volume behind it though to juice it for a short up rally it seems.
