So here is the Wyckoff model if we look at the model. so we are still waiting the bottom in Phase B incoming.

I am not a truely Wyckoff Guy. but will see.

Just reminder that, I am not Wyckoff Guy. And my personally idea is still on Bear side. Seems forming Bear flag and going right back to 13k in a not long future.
