My expectations vs the possibilities

I think from experience that if we close a 4 hour candle below the 59656.7 level. that you are more likely to make a move down. If we close a 4-hour candle above the 60366.2 level, I expect that there is a greater chance that we will go higher. The last option is that we continue to move sideways. However, I think it is less likely that a long or short at the same level entails a greater risk. That's why I'm waiting for myself or one of the moves I just mentioned.
