BTC fake out? via BITFIX BTC SHORTS

BTC is for the three time at the bottum.
Bitfix BTC shorts are close to the bottum.

We should see a BTC price go higher first to 30150$ and close above 31K.


Weekly Close???
If friday BTC price closes above 31K, the price of BTC should go even higher and close above 32.2K.
If this is not working then the BTC price will need to close above 28.5k. before hitting lower price ranges.
