Pullback then rally to the upside??

MACd blue cross over, RSI over 50, Stochastic tapping overbought. Momentum is less than last candle close. Im not 100 yet on making price targets...I know it can be set to at least the nearest area of high value/S&r. Looks like it could pullback to what I see (please correct me if that's an invalid h&s ) neckline??

Can some of you vets critique my setup? Tell me if im in the right direction or if im off? Thank you guys!
