Is there a Bull on BTC's horizon

The falling wedge in BTC seems to finally be breaking. We can see a divergence in the rsi along with a little double bottom action which leads me to believe we will see BTC, at the very least, touch the cloud. If it breaks the cloud, then we may really start to see the market to turn around.
