BTC to bounce of 30k and retest 27k

The 15 minute moving average is pointing towards a downwards trend, leading towards further lower highs along the trendline.

I'm expecting to see a climb towards 30k before this happens, but I'm not expecting a breakout this time around due to weakening bulls
