Where is PA now?

Hi All

PA is sitting on the 20MA / 21EMA on monthly TF.

RSI ~ 50-55

Last time this was the case, it was an optimal buying "price" before a breakout to the outside

This can take months to play out, hence, i think this is a good place to accumulate and wait

What do you think?
