its a strong lvl that we broke it down, so i can take it as a pullback to the broken lvl

i guess BTC wont stabilize above this fib and EMA 200

Rejected from EMA 200 and all time fib lvl ( golden ratio ) we can expect this zone which confirmed by qll time fib ext lvl work as support area in first and second touch, target wont b more than 28098-28300 , need 2 or 3 touches at this zone, and then we can break it down
