The recent fast rise is probably a zig zag meaning that we are going high by a regular flat or an expanding flat then we go to 20200 very fast then to ~39 much faster
Time characteristics of the waves in the wave principle and the complex structure of decline from 31k and tendency toward complexity of b of B of 4 ( likes to be flat or triangle) does not support breaking through the white line like if the recent rise is impulsive and there will be a third impulsive wave after the recent rise
No where to run till kissing 20200
I prefer the green path because expanding after expanding is not allowed in the neely method of the wave principle
