What's wrong with tradingview charts/tools?

at this chart look at the blue line that bond ATH 2017/12/17 and lower high at 2018/5/5.
THE BLUE LINE isn't touching price movement in this chart again.

But the same line in this TA of mine

touches the price movement at 2018/6/6

while the line that bonds two dots is a straight line, why the same line that bonds same two dots doesn't follow the same way in tow different charts?

i didn't edit the chart. But it was changed when i realised that?

THAT MEANS THE TOOLS OF TRADINGVIEW DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY

can someone explain me why is that happening? or am i making a mistake somewhere?
